Mentorship
Many students graduating from college are a bit like deer in headlights—inexperience, competition, complications of running a business, student loans… and are not firmly grounded in the philosophy and history of chiropractic. The Chiropractic Mentorship Program has been created to help new chiropractors succeed in practice by learning and growing from the seasoned veteran chiropractors—those who have already been through the trenches. It's purpose is to support chiropractic students and new chiropractic graduates in starting, building, and maintaining successful practices through ethical and philosophical marketing, advertising, and practice building techniques.

 

Associate Program
So you know hiring an Associate is the right thing for your practice. You’re in luck! Currently there are a great number of new doctors available. The first challenge you will face is knowing where to look for qualified candidates and then finding the right one for your clinic. Many graduates need to be Associate doctors; however, some will go out on their own and most likely end up becoming Associate doctors within two years. Young doctors graduating have big loans to repay and are looking for opportunities like an Associateship rather than going into more financial debt by going into practice on their own. Knowing that the supply is out there, it is then up to you to plan your search.
