Return Policy
You may return items sold by Ultimate Practice within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is the result of our error. Please send returns to address on bottom:
Ultimate Practice WILL NOT issue refunds for the following:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any manual or book that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any CD, DVD, or VHS tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
